Not satisfied? That can happen

At Dinhaux we do our best to make you happy with your purchase. However, it can happen that a product is not entirely to your liking. In that case, you can submit a return request. This can be done within 14 days after receiving your order. We only process return requests if they have been reported to us and approved in advance.

How does the return process work?

Do you want to return a product? Please contact us first via our contact form or email us at dinhauxcompany@gmail.com . Please include your order number, a clear reason for return and if necessary a photo of the product. We will then contact our supplier CJdropshipping to request permission for the return. Only after approval will you receive the correct return address from us.

Why do I have to wait for approval?

We work with different warehouses via CJdropshipping. Each product can come from a different warehouse, and therefore have a different return address. To avoid mistakes, we do not give out a return address without permission from our supplier. Therefore, never send anything back without our confirmation, because that will not be accepted.

What are the conditions for returns?

The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return costs are always at your own expense. We are strict in approving returns and only give money back if there is a valid reason for this. For example, a clearly defective product that meets all return conditions.

No automatic return label

We do not use an automatic return label. This prevents errors, as each product can have a different return address. You will only receive the correct address after we have received approval from CJdropshipping. This is necessary to make the process run smoothly.
