Shipping Policies

At Dinhaux we find it important that you receive your order quickly and without worries. Below you can read how we handle shipping, delivery times, shipping costs and the handling via our logistics partner CJdropshipping .
1. Processing time
Once your order is placed, we get to work. We process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
2. Delivery times
Our products are shipped directly from the warehouse of our supplier CJdropshipping. For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. For other European countries, the delivery time is between 7 and 20 business days. Internationally, it can take up to 25 business days. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs checks.
3. Shipping Methods and Tracking
Every order is shipped with a trackable shipping method. Once the package is on its way, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. It may take a few days for this tracking information to be active in the system.
4. Shipping costs
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95. If you order for €50 or more, shipping is free. For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the country of destination. These are automatically calculated at checkout.
5. Responsibility during shipping
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. Should your order be damaged or lost in transit, we will be happy to assist you by initiating an investigation through our shipping partner. Please check your package upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if anything is wrong.
6. Customs and import duties
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties or other customs charges. These costs are for the account of the customer. Dinhaux has no influence on this and is not responsible for any additional costs.
7. Delay or missing shipment
If your order has not arrived after 30 days (within the EU) or 45 days (international), please contact us. We will investigate the problem together with CJdropshipping and provide a suitable solution.
8. Returns and refused packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full terms and instructions.
